It's my first time to make this real Shanghai Little Wonton Soup for Alan, I surprised to know he really liked it. I thought he might not like it because Little Wonton only have tiny bit of filling. The Little Wonton Soup is one of most popular Shanghainese breakfast.
PS: chicken broth as the base; I have added seaweed; sliced very thin egg omlet; as Alan doesn't like dried little shrimp as Chinese usually add it in this soup, I coverted to add fine chopped ham to bring out more flavor.
