How to Make - very easy... wash the lotus roots, peel the skin, slice in thin pieces, 1 table spoon oil in the wok, heated to high tempture, add sliced pepper first (can use sweet pepper instead hot pepper), stir fry for 1 to 2 mintues, add sliced lotus roots, stir, add a pinch of salt, and any other seasonings you prefer, 2 table spoon of water, stir fry at medium high tempture till the added water is almost gone. done.
