I have been on diet for a few days so far(sorry, I am ambrased to say it, as every time I sweared to lose weight would end up adding extra a few pounds). So I guess this time it will end to the same result.
Whatever I tried and I will continue trying. I guess I have been always failed in this war only blame on one reason... I am too lazy. See, I know you guys have suggested many of diets, and you have been sucessful from a single or muli diets. But... I am so lazy even didn't have patients to follow up with any of them.
sigh... so this time I have been on my egg diets: 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast; 2 hard boiled eggs for lunch; 2 hard boiled eggs for dinner... 2 hard boiled eggs for night snack if ever I stay up late.
How's boiled eggs taste like after repeatly eatting them? pretty good, and I am now the expert on making hard boiled eggs. And I like to dip the eggs in salt or soy sauce, yummy~~~~~~ I swear, it wasn't aweful as you would think.
I even wouldn't believe myself that I am still able to eat eggs. Any way.. today I had 6 hard boiled eggs, and I made a small bowl of salad before we went out for a coffee break with our moved away nice neighbour Frank & Peggy.
This salad was made from leftover beef steak sliced and sliced olives; 1 table spoon of ranch, a handful mixed nuts... that's it. It tasted delicious... hey, I know what's in your mind!... no, it wasn't because I ate too many eggs! It was tRurELy dELiCiOuS, haha :-P
