We are having 2 groups of friends visiting us this weekend, one group drove from MI, stopped by on Sat, another group flew from TX, stopped by on Sunday. This event made this weekend very interesting :-D
So, this morning, before the MI friends' visit, we had a breakfast in a very neat and clean family resturant called 'Bob Evans', food was surprising great! I was also attracted by the resturant's beautiful walls outside... as you see from this picture, the sky was crystle clear blue, what a beautiful day to start with :-D

It was my first try of Crepes. Usually I don't eat sweet food in breakfast, but I have to picture something new, so I ordered this one instead my favorite Omelets. It was surprisingly delicious, but 2 Crepes were a bit heavy to me.
The Crepes tasted like very thin pancakes filled in with bannana mush mix with whipe cream... served with Raspberry and syrup. Very tasty. I willI will try to make it at home later :-)
here is one recipe I found online of making crepes:
Ingredients:
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons cooking oil
Dash of salt
Combine egg, milk, flour, sugar, oil, and salt. Heat lightly greased skillet. Spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter over bottom. Return to heat and lightly brown on both sides. Serve with assorted jams and preserves: raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, cherry, peach, or apricot. Fold and top with whipped cream.
