Kate's first Sugar Almond Biscuits

            ice flake biscuits
They were ready for oven! - You may noticed I never posted any Western Sweets I have made. The reason was... I never made any. Bakeries and deserts are my weakest part of cooking adventure.

To extend my capability to this field, I made my first Sugar Almond Biscuits today, from scratch.

            first sugar biscuit
The biscuits came out perfectly :-D

As I look back now... it's really not difficult to make biscuits: 6 OZ of butter, 2&half cup of flour, 1 cup of superfine sugar compained, add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, 1 and 1/2 Almond contrast kned a dough. In refregirtor for 30 minutes. Take the dough out and roll it to a flat sheet and cut in shapes by cookie cutters.

Preheat oven to 350F, bake the biscuits for about 12 to 15 minutes according to the thickness of the biscuits (You have to watch it out when they are almost done).
