Hemingway - you know who I am talking about... the famous American writer. We visited his home in Key West this time. What a beautiful and interesting home...oh...and those cats (we were told there were nearly 60 cats live there in present)!

The most impressive part of the home to me is the hand dugged swimming pool. It's his wife Pauline who supervised construction and it's final cost was $20,000.00 (how much will it be in today's money?).

It's a must place to visit in Key West, we spent almost 2 and one half hours in Hemingway's home and gardens. (my friend Sherry and I also spent lots of time taking pictures of those well fed cats).
