Homemade Gravlax
Instead of buying $30 a lb of Gravlax from stores, I made it on my own. The process was simple and easy, several kinds of dried herbs, plus sugar, kosher salt, chopped dill and a quarter cup of 1⁄4 cup aquavit, marinated in refrigerator for 2 days. It tasted like a real Scandinavian had made.
