
I made a few dozens of thumb print cookies, wrapped as gifts for my friends and neighbors to cheer for this Christmas season.

Followed "Good Eat" recipe, made this year's turkey, it was the best turkey I ever made, the meat was tender and moisture, full of flavor (though I marinated turkey for 2 days instead of a few hours in the original recipe).

I love oysters, I bet I could eat 52 dozen oysters at Acme oyster house... if someone is willing to sponsor me :)
Anyway, I made oyster stuffed mushrooms today, topped with cheese and a little bit of bread crumbs, baked at high heat till cheese start to melt. It was a perfect combination of tender and savory.
