The statue of The Little Mermaid

The original photos
Alan and I went to the park with Alena & Kim. I didn't go on any rides, but I was glad Alan had companies with him to go on those roller coasters. I was wandering around to shot photos. (there are some more photos took from this visit were posted in previous posts)

A colorful wall painting.

Disneys's fairy tale "The Little Mermaid" was a sad ending in it's original version as I remember. But in it's musical version which plays in Disney MGM Studio, the story has a perfect happy ending: the little mermaid becomes a real human and live with the prince happily ever after.
I never liked sad stories. But a "live happily ever after" ending nowadays sounds so silly to me. I am not saying I don't like the happy ending tale. I just feel a simple and pure happy ending sounds so ..."unreal". Maybe it is unreal, maybe it's the reason we love Disney and fairy tales?

This photo was taken during Disney MGM Studio's parade. The mermaid was very attractive and sexy.
