Stir Fry Sliced Potato - chop 2
potatoes (for 1 dish) as less than quart of thickness of French Fry, wash
the chopped potatoes till the water is clear, drained. Then heat the
oil in wok, add half tea spoon ginger powder (or fresh ginger), stir
them till you can smell the ginger, add potatoes, turn stove to medium heat,
you can add 2 table spoon water if it's too dry, cook the potatoes till
getting softer, then add chopped green onion; red hot pepper (if add them
too early, they will lose color); 1 table spoon vinegar; salt, sugar & soy
sauce (as you prefer). stir fry them together till the potatoes are done. |
