Wood Ear Stir Fry Shrimp - 5mins
Chinese cooking, good for lazy people such as me!

sock Wood Ear ('Mu Er' Chinese mushroom, be careful, don't buy the 'Yun Er'
even they look very similar) till they are expended totally (usually it
takes 15 to 30 minutes). 3 table spoon oil, heated, then add chopped garlic;
Wood Ear; shrimps and seasonings, salt, chopped Chinese chives, stir fry
till shrimps are curled, add broccolis, then stir for 2 minutes, it's done.
