Hi enight, how to cooking this piggie feet? YUMMY... my month watering.............
- Hi Lisa... I usually go buy pig feet from White stores, because they process pig feet much cleaner, I would found no hair left on that skin. Then put them into boiling water cook for about 5 minute; change water; add soy sauce; cinnamon; salt; seasonings... anything you like, you can taste the sauce during the cooking; low fire cook for about 1 hour; turn off stove, let the wok sets on the stove for over night, then the next day cook it again for 1 hour... till the sauce was almost gone... then it's done.. better to eat the feet when they are cold, more chewy.   .Kate.
