Marinated Watermelon Rand
My parents made it many times, they simply add salt; sugar; garlic and drops of sesame oil mixed with sliced watermelon rand. I added chili powder and a few Parsley leaves...Alan says 'not bad'... guess it means good to Chinese?

Kate's Special Noodle Soup - WARNING!... do not make it at your home! (you may be not able to eat it!)
- 1 pack of instant noodle, drop into boiled water cook for 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 minutes depends on how soft of the noodle you prefer.
- several pieces sliced spam.
- 'he bao dan' ... heated half inch oil in wok, heated oil to 100 degree at least, fry one side of egg then fold it let both sides stick together (looks like a dumpling), so the egg's outside is crispy, but inside is still soft.
- hot hot pepper
- one table spoon marinated Chinese cabbage (xian cai) can be found in Chinese store.
- seasonings comes with the instant noodle and other stuff you like to add in.
This kind of noodle soup is my favortate breakfast; lunch; dinner...
