Nov 27, 2004 - Making Swedish KÖrv

Swedish KÖrv Maker - the early 20 Century's sausage maker was inherited from Alan's grandparents who brought it after they immigrated from Sweden in 1903.
Josephson's family makes KÖrv in Thanksgiving as their family tradition.

11:30 AM - pig's intestines for making KÖrv.
We bought pigs intestines;ground pork and beef for making KÖrv from a butcher shop 30 minutes away.
