the Great Steak! - yeah...I know I
know... this one should go to 'Alan's Kitchen 2'...but I am too tired to
create another page right now, we did a whole day labor work to move things
into the Semi... my back was too sore to let me go asleep! ... to be an
American isn't easy a! have to do everything by yourself!
Alan cooked the 2 steaks left in the refrig, they were huge as each one of
them was over 2 lbs!... D E L I C I O U S! tender; juice; very flavorful,
Alan is the best cook to cook steaks... and many other western dishes too
...
Excuse me for the very 'home looking' plate, all the nice dishes are all
packed... it was who said: ' the heart is much more important than the
appearance?!'
