Oct 27, 2004 Save $$$ on DIY Laptop

The laptop that Alan uses has been acting real badly, it would drive us nuts by dragging us into all kinds of problems, sometimes I wish I had enough $$$ so that I could throw that stupid thing into garbage!

$157 Hard Driver - We bought it online and it shipped here today, it was so thin and light. (the UPS box was huge, as if wrapped a rat into an elephant cage)   

DIY -  Alan found the direction on how to install the hard driver, I was the operator... even it wasn't a perfect job, but , hey... saved $$$ by doing it on our own!
PS: to install system was a piece of cake... I have done it over 40 times in the last 4 years... hey... if you need my assistant to fix your computer especially on software problem, feel free to contact us.
